Job Overview
Capgemini Invent is hiring Data Analytics professionals for multiple locations including Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with strong skills in SQL, Python, BI tools, and cloud platforms.
You will work on large datasets, dashboards, and advanced analytics solutions to help businesses make better decisions using data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Write and optimize SQL queries and data models
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for data processing
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation using Python, PySpark, Databricks
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines and quality checks
- Apply data modelling concepts (fact/dimension tables)
- Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives
- Work in Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
- Maintain documentation using JIRA, Confluence, DevOps tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Python (data analysis & automation)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platform: Azure / AWS / GCP
- Experience with PySpark and Databricks
- Understanding of data modelling concepts
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Data Engineering and DevOps practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
